University admissions for the Information and Library Science program in Thua Thien Hue.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in collaboration with Thua Thien Hue College of Education, is organizing the recruitment of one bridging program from college to university, part-time study, course QH-2010-X, majoring in Information and Library Science, with a quota of 80 students.

1. Eligibility Criteria

Those who already hold a college diploma in Information and Library Science, and who graduated in 2010, must have achieved a "Good" grade to be eligible to take the exam.

2. Entrance exam subjects

Candidates must take two subjects: General Information Science and General Library Science.

3. Documentation procedures

Application forms are issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The application period is from May 10, 2010 to August 31, 2010. Each candidate must submit two sets of application forms: one set is kept by Thua Thien Hue College of Education, and the other is sent to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The University authorizes Thua Thien Hue College of Education to issue and receive application forms. The application submitted to the University includes: 1 application form with confirmation from the relevant agency or locality; 1 notarized copy of the birth certificate; 1 notarized copy of the college diploma; 2 stamped envelopes with the recipient's address already written (2000 VND stamp); 2 photos size 4x6 (with full name, date of birth, and place of birth clearly written on the back).

4. Time allocated for review and revision guidance.

Expected in early September 2010. Candidates wishing to apply should register when submitting their applications at Thua Thien Hue College of Education.

5. Examination schedule

October 9, 2010 (Saturday). Candidates can receive their examination notices in person at the Training Department, Thua Thien Hue College of Education from September 20 to 30, 2010 (during office hours).
