The week from May 10th to May 15th was a peak week with 10 party branches holding their congresses. These included the party branches of the faculties: Literature, Philosophy, Psychology, International Studies, Linguistics, Oriental Studies, History, Archival Studies and Office Management, Oriental Studies, and Party Branch I of the Rectorate. The vast majority of party members highly appreciated the results of implementing the Resolution of the 25th Party Congress of the Party Committee and the School's Board of Directors. The targets set by the Congress were basically achieved, with some exceeding the plan. The entire school maintained political stability, and the entire Party Committee was a unified and cohesive body. Organizational and personnel work showed positive changes. The school reviewed and reorganized the organizational structure and leadership personnel of several units, departments, and functional offices; and continued to adjust the structure of training programs. The planning, appointment, and rotation of personnel were carried out effectively; many staff members successfully defended their doctoral and master's theses and were awarded professorships and associate professorships. The school developed many state-level and key national university-level research projects, linking scientific research activities with training. In addition, the organizations mobilized their members to effectively implement the "Two No's" campaign and the "Studying and Following the Moral Example of Ho Chi Minh" campaign, contributing positively to the development of the school. Many Party members directly contributed their opinions to the report on the basic directions and tasks of the Party Committee in the 26th term, and the draft Political Report of the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
