Belgian Bilateral Scholarship for the academic year 2009-2010

In the 2009-2010 academic year, the Federal Government of the Kingdom of Belgium will award 40 full scholarships to Vietnamese citizens to attend joint master's or doctoral training courses at universities in the Kingdom of Belgium.

This scholarship is intended for young Vietnamese lecturers and staff who wish to undertake postgraduate training at universities in the Kingdom of Belgium to acquire new knowledge and expertise to contribute to the development of Vietnam.
