University Admissions in Russia

The Ministry of Education and Training issued Notice No. 254/TB-BGDĐT dated May 21, 2010 on enrollment in university study in the Russian Federation under debt settlement scholarships in 2010.There are a total of 150 scholarships for university education. Full scholarships are granted by the Vietnamese Government according to current regulations, including: tuition, living expenses, health insurance and round-trip airfare. Funding is provided annually. Russian educational institutions will pay for international students' living expenses and buy health insurance for international students according to current regulations of the Vietnamese Government. Successful students are expected to start studying in September 2010. The study period in the Russian Federation includes 01 year of Russian language preparatory course and the entire university course with a minimum duration of 4 years.Application deadline: before June 15, 2010.
