11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:
Mục đích nghiên cứu: Luận án nghiên cứu nhằm làm rõ thêm tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam; Phân tích thực trạng công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam từ năm 1986 đến nay và đề xuất phương hướng, giải pháp đối với công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam hiện nay theo tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh.
Đối tượng nghiên cứu: Công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam hiện nay theo tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh.
Các phương pháp nghiên cứu đã sử dụng:
Luận án vận dụng phương pháp luận của chủ nghĩa Mác-Lênin.
Dưới góc độ Chính trị học, dựa trên cơ sở các tư liệu thu thập được và cách tiếp cận chuyên ngành Chính trị học, tác giả đã sử dụng các phương pháp cụ thể: hệ thống cấu trúc, phân tích văn bản, phỏng vấn sâu, hệ thống cấu trúc, logic kết hợp lịch sử, thống kê, so sánh…
Các kết quả chính:
- Luận án khái quát, làm rõ thêm tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam: Tập trung làm rõ một số khái niệm cơ bản và nội dung tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam.
- Phân tích thực trạng, khái quát những vấn đề đặt ra đối với công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam hiện nay theo tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh.
- Khái quát tình hình và yêu cầu mới, đề xuất phương hướng và giải pháp đối với công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam hiện nay theo tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh.
Đóng góp mới của luận án:
Từ hướng tiếp cận chuyên ngành Chính trị học, luận án hệ thống hóa, góp phần làm rõ thêm tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam; Phân tích thực trạng và các vấn đề đặt ra đối với công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng theo tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh. Luận án khẳng định giá trị tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh và đề xuất vận dụng tư tưởng trên của Người trong công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng, góp phần xây dựng đội ngũ cán bộ, đảng viên trong sạch, vững mạnh, phục vụ sự nghiệp đổi mới và phát triển ở Việt Nam hiện nay.
Kết luận:
Tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam có vị trí, vai trò quan trọng, nổi bật trong hệ thống tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh và đối với công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam. Trong quá trình đổi mới và phát triển bền vững đất nước, việc nghiên cứu hệ thống, toàn diện và sâu sắc tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam và sự vận dụng của Đảng trong giai đoạn mới có tầm quan trọng đặc biệt và tính thời sự sâu sắc.
Trên cơ sở các nguồn tư liệu về Hồ Chí Minh, về Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam, luận án đã hệ thống hóa tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng để xây dựng khung lý thuyết cho nghiên cứu đề tài luận án. Có thể khẳng định tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam là nền móng vững chắc đảm bảo hiệu quả trong phòng chống tha hóa quyền lực, chỉnh đốn phẩm chất, năng lực và nâng cao trách nhiệm của đội ngũ đảng viên với Đảng, Tổ quốc và nhân dân.
Xuất phát từ việc tìm hiểu, tiếp cận hệ thống các tài liệu, báo cáo về công tác kiểm tra, giám sát của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam từ Đại hội VI (1986) nay, kết hợp với phỏng vấn sâu các chuyên gia, luận án đã phân tích, Xuất phát từ việc tìm hiểu, tiếp cận hệ thống các tài liệu, báo cáo về công tác kiểm tra, giám sát của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam từ Đại hội VI (1986) đến nay, kết hợp với phỏng vấn sâu các chuyên gia, luận án đã phân tích, luận giải thực trạng và những vấn đề đặt ra đối với công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng hiện nay theo tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh.
Từ giá trị tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam và những vấn đề đặt ra đối với công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng trước yêu cầu của tình hình mới, luận án đề xuất các phương hướng, giải pháp cơ bản đối với công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đảng viên của Đảng, góp phần hoàn thiện phẩm chất, năng lực cho đội ngũ cán bộ, đảng viên, đáp ứng yêu cầu của công tác xây dựng Đảng, sự nghiệp đổi mới và phát triển bền vững đất nước hiện nay.

Research Objective:
The dissertation aims to clarify Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on the work of inspecting and supervising party members of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Analyze the current situation of the work of inspecting and supervising party members of the Communist Party of Vietnam from 1986 to present and propose directions, solutions for the work of inspecting and supervising party members of the Communist Party of Vietnam today according to Ho Chi Minh's thoughts.

Research Methods:
The dissertation employs the methodological framework of Marxism-Leninism. From a Political Science perspective, based on collected documents and specialized approaches, the study utilizes various research methods, including structural-system analysis, textual analysis, in-depth interviews, historical-logical synthesis, statistics, and comparative analysis.
Key Findings:
The dissertation systematizes and further clarifies Ho Chi Minh’s thought on party member inspection and supervision, focusing on fundamental concepts and key aspects of his ideology on this issue.
It analyzes the current situation and identifies emerging challenges in the party member inspection and supervision process in the present context.
It summarizes new requirements and proposes orientations and solutions to enhance the effectiveness of party member inspection and supervision according to Ho Chi Minh’s thought.

In the context of national renewal and sustainable development, a systematic, comprehensive, and in-depth study of Ho Chi Minh’s thought on this issue and its application by the Party in the new era holds special significance and urgent relevance.
By utilizing various sources on Ho Chi Minh and the Communist Party of Vietnam, the dissertation systematizes Ho Chi Minh’s thought on party member inspection and supervision, forming a theoretical framework for the research. The study affirms that Ho Chi Minh’s thought on party member inspection and supervision serves as a solid foundation to ensure effective power control, rectify ethical and competency issues, and enhance the accountability of party members toward the Party, the nation, and the people.
Based on an extensive review of documents and reports on the Communist Party of Vietnam’s inspection and supervision from the 6th National Congress (1986) to the present, combined with in-depth expert interviews, the dissertation analyzes and explains the current state and challenges of party member inspection and supervision in the present context according to Ho Chi Minh’s thought.
From the perspective of Ho Chi Minh’s ideological values and the current challenges of party member inspection and supervision in response to new situational demands, the dissertation proposes fundamental orientations and solutions to improve the effectiveness of this work. These recommendations aim to enhance the quality and competence of party members and cadres, meeting the requirements of party-building, national renewal, and sustainable development.
