Through the research results and content presented in the thesis, the author can draw the following conclusions:
- Dong Nai is located in the Southern key economic region, holding a strategic position in terms of economy, society, national security and defense of the country. After more than 300 years of formation and development, Dong Nai people have created and preserved a diverse and rich cultural heritage, creating a unique identity of the Southern land of "hardship but bravery". With a rich history and culture
Long-standing, Dong Nai is currently preserving many unique cultural values, along with a unique system of historical and cultural relics. The historical and cultural relics of Dong Nai are an important part of the national cultural heritage, a testament to the development of the community. In which, the people are both the owners and the core force to build, protect and promote the values of local historical and cultural relics. Therefore, educating the community, especially the young generation of Dong Nai about the preservation of cultural heritage in general and the preservation and promotion of the values of historical and cultural relics in particular is a common task of the whole society.
- Realizing the role and importance of the work of preserving and promoting the values of historical and cultural relics, in the years 1996-2015, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee thoroughly grasped the Party's viewpoints and policies, the State's policies and laws on preserving and promoting the values of cultural heritages in accordance with the practical situation of the locality; promptly issued policies to lead and direct the activities of preserving, embellishing and promoting the values of historical and cultural relics associated with socio-economic development. Thanks to that, the work of preserving and promoting the values of historical and cultural relics achieved important results. Many relics in the area were restored, embellished and restored in a timely manner, contributing positively to the sustainable development of Dong Nai.
However, in addition to the achievements, the leadership of the work of preserving and promoting the values of historical and cultural relics of Dong Nai Party Committee still has many shortcomings such as: mechanisms, policies and management and operation are not synchronized; human resources for the work of preserving historical and cultural relics are still lacking and weak; the quality and effectiveness of the work of preserving and restoring relics are not high... These are major challenges for the Party Committee, all levels and sectors in Dong Nai in the process of innovation and integration. Therefore, the Party Committee of Dong Nai province needs to continue to innovate leadership methods, improve the quality and effectiveness of the work of preserving and promoting the values of historical and cultural relics in accordance with the integration context.
- The 20-year practice (1996-2015) of leading the work of preserving and promoting the values of historical and cultural relics of Dong Nai Province Party Committee has left many valuable experiences: Thoroughly grasping and properly applying the Party's guidelines and State's policies on preserving and promoting the values of historical and cultural relics in accordance with local realities; Promoting the strength of the entire political system and economic sectors in the work of preserving and promoting the values of historical and cultural relics; Closely combining the work of preserving relics with propaganda activities, promoting the values of historical and cultural relics; Correctly resolving the relationship between socio-economic development and preservation and development.
promote the values of historical and cultural relics. These valuable experiences will be important suggestions for implementing the work of preserving and promoting the values of historical and cultural relics in Dong Nai in the coming years.

- Conclusion
Based on research results and details presented in the thesis, the author can draw some conclusions:
- Dong Nai is the Southern Key Economic Region and it plays an important role in areas of socio-economic development and national defense. In over 300 years of his formation and development, Dong Nai people have created and maintained a diverse, abundant cultural heritage, helping to shape the identity of this land in southern Vietnam, which is known for its resilience and heroism. With a long tradition of history and culture, nowadays, Dong Nai retains many interesting cultural values, as well as a distinctive system of historical and cultural relics. Those are an important part in Vietnam's overall cultural heritage, and an evidence of the community's development. Local residents are not only protectors but also help build, protect, and promote the value of such local relics. Therefore, educating people, especially the younger, about the importance of preserving cultural heritage in general and historical-cultural relics in particular, is a responsibility of the whole community.
- The Party Committee of Dong Nai Province recognizes the importance of preserving and promoting the values of historical and cultural relics, therefore, between 1996 and 2015, the governance has circulated Party's ideas and orientations as well as the state's laws and policies in preservation of cultural heritage to fit with local context. The governance quickly proposes leadership frameworks and activities to help preserve, restore, and promote the values of historical and cultural relics that are relevant to socio-economic development. Thanks to that, there have been notable achievements in the preservation and promotion of the value of such historical and cultural relics. Many relics in the area have been promptly restored, renovated, and preserved. Altogether, this contributes positively to the positive development of Dong Nai province. However, aside from positive results, there are some drawbacks in the leadership process in preserving and promoting the value of historical and cultural relics of Dong Nai Party Committee. Some of them are: inconsistent mechanisms, policies, and management practices; a lack of qualified human resources in heritage preservation; and insufficient quality and effectiveness in the preservation and restoration of relics…These are big challenges for the Party Committee at all levels in the path of reform and integration. Therefore, the Party Committee of Dong Nai Province needs to consistently renew its leadership approach, therefore improve the quality and efficiency of the preservation and promotion of heritages with the context of integration.
- In 20 years (1996-2015), there have been many practical experiences in preserving and promoting historical and cultural relics by the Dong Nai Party Committee. These experiences have provided many valuable lessons: thoroughly understanding and applying the Party's orientations and the State's policies in the process of preserving and promoting historical and cultural relics that are in accordance with the local conditions; Unleash the strength of the whole political system and various economic sectors in preserving and preserving historical and cultural relics, deeply combining the preservation of relics with activities geared at propagating and elevating values of historical and cultural sites. Address the relationship between socio-economic development and conservation and promotion of historical and cultural relics values. These lessons would be very valuable in implementing heritage preservation and promotion efforts of Dong Nai in the coming years.
