The 2012 Vietnam MC Talent Search Project FIDING MJK! is an independent project founded by CMP and sponsored by GLOBAL PRO Vietnam International Cooperation and Communication Services Joint Stock Company.Project objectives1. To recognize the role and contributions of television presenters in Vietnam. To inspire, nurture, and promote the contributions of successful television presenters in Vietnam to the overall development of the television industry and the growth of the television presenter workforce in Vietnam. 2. To train, cultivate, and coach skills for television presenting activities for individuals passionate about television presenting and television presenters at television stations nationwide. To build a professional television presenter community to enhance opportunities for exchange, interaction, skill development, and career advancement for television presenters. 3. To increase job opportunities for students, young people, and those passionate about television presenting in particular and presenting in general.Project components1. Training Component. 2. Game-show Component: Searching for Vietnamese MC Talent: FIDING MJK!!! 3. Workshop and Conference Component aimed at raising community awareness about the role, position, and contributions of hosting and presenters in Vietnam.Project execution sequence1. Candidates receive training in CMP-organized TV MC skills training courses, which are filmed and edited into episodes of a reality TV show called FIDING MJK! 2. There are 10 skills training sessions for candidates. After two introductory sessions, candidates move on to specialized skills training sessions. From here, after each session, candidates will vote to gradually eliminate unsuitable candidates. From the 3rd to the 7th session, one candidate will be eliminated each session. From the 8th to the 10th session, the remaining 4 candidates receive in-depth training and will be selected by a panel of 3 experts. 3. The selected candidate, along with the 9 previously selected candidates, will participate in a special training course, filming the entire process to create a reality TV show broadcast on pay-TV. 4. The three top candidates in this final round will have to sign an exclusive one-year exploitation contract with CMP.VI. What do candidates need to do?

Candidates eliminated by the third session are still allowed to continue the training course but are assigned to a different class, outside the FIDING MJK! reality TV program system.
