Purpose:Based on clarifying the fundamental content and application value of Ho Chi Minh's thought on national unity and the current state of applying Ho Chi Minh's thought on national unity in building national unity in the northern mountainous provinces from (2010 - 2025), this thesis proposes viewpoints and solutions for continuing to apply Ho Chi Minh's thought on national unity in building national unity in the northern mountainous provinces in the new situation.
Research subjects:These are the fundamental contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought on national unity and its application in building national unity in the northern mountainous provinces in the new situation.
Research methods: The methodological basis of the researchBased on the worldview and methodology of Marxism-Leninism.
Regarding specific research methodsThis dissertation employs a comprehensive approach using various social science and humanities methods; research methodology in Ho Chi Minh studies, historical and logical methods, and interdisciplinary methods. In addition, it combines these with methods such as: analysis and synthesis, comparison and contrast, textual analysis, generalization and abstraction, sociological statistics, and sociological surveys.
Sociological research methodsThis study is used to research and evaluate the current state of applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology to strengthen national unity in the northern mountainous provinces in the new context. The author uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods in the dissertation research. Data analysis and processing methods: Using SPSS 27.0 software on a computer, frequency and correlation analysis were performed according to basic variables, using Cochran's (1977) sample size calculation formula with 95% confidence, 5% error, and a Likert scale of 1–5.

Research Objectives:
Based on clarifying the fundamental contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought on great national unity, applying the values of Ho Chi Minh's thought on great national unity, and the current context of applying Ho Chi Minh's thought on building the great national unity bloc in the Northern mountainous provinces during the period 2010–2025, the thesis proposes viewpoints and solutions to further apply Ho Chi Minh's thought on great national unity in building the great national unity bloc in the Northern mountainous provinces in the new context.
Research Object:The research focuses on the fundamental contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought on great national unity and its application in building the great national unity bloc in the Northern mountainous provinces in the new context.
Research Methods:
Methodological Foundation: The research is grounded in the worldview and methodology of Marxism–Leninism.
