- This thesis systematically reconstructs the process by which the Hai Phong City Party Committee led agricultural economic development from 1996 to 2010, analyzing the successes and limitations of the Party Committee in determining direction, proposing solutions, and organizing and directing implementation to develop the agricultural economy.

- This dissertation contributes to providing additional scientific foundations and summarizing experiences, helping the Party Committee and Party committees at all levels, the People's Committee and departments and agencies in the city to have more reference materials in the process of summarizing practical experiences to develop plans for agricultural economic development in the future.

11. Practical applications:

This dissertation can serve as a reference document in the research and compilation of the history of the Party Committee and the history of the agricultural sector of Hai Phong city, as well as assisting doctoral students when researching this type of topic.

12. Future research directions:

In the coming period, I will continue to study the Party's policies on agricultural economics and the application of these policies by the Hai Phong City Party Committee in practice.

- Thesis rebuild scientifically the process of Haiphong Party's leadership for agricultural economics from 1996 to 2010, analyzing the successes, the limitations of the Party Committee in orientation, considering solutions, organizing and direct the implementation to develop agriculture.

- The thesis contributes to provide the scientific basis, summed up the experience, help the Party and Committees, People's Committee and the departments and agencies in the city with more reference sources in the total practice the plan to build the plan for economic development of agriculture in the next period.

The thesis can be used as reference documents in research, compilation Party history, Hai Phong city's agricultural history, as well as help the students when studying this kind of topic.
