10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- The dissertation analyzed the unity between civic and professional conduct to affirm the unity between civic ethics and professional ethics of medical practitioners; thereby clarifying the content of ethical education for medical practitioners in Vietnam today, encompassing both civic ethical standards and professional ethical standards. Regarding professional ethical standards, applying Ho Chi Minh's perspective, the dissertation summarized and analyzed the content of professional ethical education for medical practitioners according to their relationships with patients, colleagues, medical science, society, and themselves.
- The dissertation has analyzed the importance of ethical education for medical professionals in Vietnam today, both from a theoretical and practical perspective.
- The thesis identified and analyzed the subjective and objective factors affecting ethical education for medical professionals in Vietnam today.
- The dissertation combined an assessment of both the current state of ethics and the current state of ethical education for medical professionals in order to clarify the achievements and limitations of the current state of ethical education for medical professionals, a matter that has received little attention in previously published works.

11. Summary of the new findings in the thesis:
- The thesis analyzes the consistency between human personality and professional ethics in order to define the connection between human and professional ethics of physicians; then it shows clearly the content of educating morality for Vietnamese physicians in the modern day which educates includes both creteria of human and professional ethics. For the professional ethics, taking Ho Chi Minh's opinions into account, the thesis summarizes and analyzes the training of professional ethics for physicians towards patients, colleagues, science, society and themselves.
- The thesis demonstrates the importance of educating morality/ethics for Vietnamese physicians in the modern day in terms of theory as well as reality.
- The thesis defined and analyzed subjective and objective impacts on educating morality/ethics for Vietnamese physicians nowadays.
- The thesis combined and evaluated both the current situations on educating morality for physicians so as to demonstrate achievements and limitations of the current education system which has not been concerned about by other previous projects.
- Based on the systematic and sufficient study on the topic, the analysis of impacts, and the evaluation of current situations, the thesis drew out some problems that need solving as well as provided sufficient proposals of essential solutions and measures in order to improve the efficiency of educational etiquettes for Vietnamese physicians these days. Of the proposed measures, solutions related to responsibilities of patients, patients' relatives and social medial reputation were put forward, which was not concerned about by other previous projects.

- The thesis can be used as reference resources for other research and teaching professional ethics in any medical schools or universities.
- The results of the thesis can act as recommendations to promote professional ethics for Vietnamese physician staff nowadays.
13. Further research directions: suggestions:
The author of the thesis will continue to have further and more sufficient research and findings on etiquettes and ethics education for Vietnamese physicians nowadays, especially for the nursing staff.
