The first,This study provides an overview of primary healthcare at the grassroots level in several countries around the world and the factors affecting primary healthcare. It also highlights similarities and differences in primary healthcare between Vietnam and some countries in the region.

Monday,,The concept of public health services and community behavioral knowledge in primary healthcare has been clarified. Sociological theories related to healthcare behavior and services have been explored.

Tuesday,The study highlighted the resource inadequacies for health centers in providing primary healthcare services, and the fact that local healthcare services do not meet the needs of the people.

Wednesday,Changes in people's choices of healthcare services based on their needs provide policymakers with the necessary data and basis for adjustments to improve people's quality of life, reduce mortality rates, birth defects, and disabilities caused by infectious diseases. This also helps alleviate hospital overcrowding and lower healthcare costs for people with common illnesses, especially in the current context where the healthcare sector faces numerous challenges in preventing outbreaks of infectious diseases and the increase in non-communicable chronic diseases, which have economic and developmental consequences.

11. Practical applications:

- The research findings of this thesis can be used as reference material for research, teaching, and the application of specialized sociological theories to explain social issues in the fields of health and population.

-The proposed solutions in this study will make a positive contribution to improving the effectiveness of primary healthcare, especially in the current context where non-communicable chronic diseases are rapidly increasing, and people urgently need quality primary healthcare services for initial diagnosis and treatment, and effective implementation of primary healthcare programs.

First, the subject has generalized situation of health care in the initial base-line health of some countries in the world and the impact factor of primary health care. Given the similarities and differences in primary health care between Vietnam and some countries in the region

Second, has clarified the concept of public health services, community behavior knowledge in primary health care. Approaching sociological theories related to behavior and health care services.

Third, subjects were given the inadequacies of resources for health centers in providing health care services initially, people's demand for health services locally does not meet the demand of people.
