The results of this practical research contribute to clarifying the healthy living behaviors of the elderly, including the manifestations of healthy living behaviors, the groups of healthy living behaviors including: positive behaviors aimed at socializing and maintaining optimism; positive behaviors aimed at recreation and health care; negative behaviors; factors influencing healthy living behaviors in the elderly, and the impact of healthy living behaviors on the health of the elderly. Social support is highly valued by the elderly in their implementation of healthy living behaviors.
