10. Summary of new results of the thesis:
The results of theoretical research have supplemented and further developed the theory of healthy living behavior, healthy living behavior of the elderly specifically: identifying the concept, manifestations, influencing factors, the influencing role of subjective factors (anxiety, belief, positive thinking) on the ability to perform healthy living behavior of the elderly. The research results also show that besides subjective factors, for the elderly, social support is also a factor affecting the ability to perform healthy living behavior. This is a new finding that supplements the theoretical arguments of research on healthy living behavior in the elderly.
The results of practical research contribute to clarifying the healthy living behavior of the elderly such as the manifestation of healthy living behavior, groups of healthy living behavior including: positive behavior towards communication and maintaining optimism; positive behavior towards entertainment and health care; negative behavior, factors affecting the healthy living behavior of the elderly, and the impact of healthy living behavior on the health of the elderly. Social support is highly appreciated by the elderly in implementing their healthy living behavior. By studying cases of elderly people with typical healthy living behavior, it has provided more qualitative information on this issue, specifically each elderly person with different conditions, living circumstances, and health status has a different way of implementing healthy living behavior. The healthy living behavior of the elderly is considered a factor that has a strong impact on the health of the elderly.
11. Practical application:
The research results of the thesis are one of the reference materials for teaching health psychology for the elderly, social work for the elderly to help the elderly live happily, healthily and usefully in their old age.
12. Further research directions:
Future studies should focus on discovering more healthy living behaviors of elderly people with different disease groups (cardiovascular disease, joint disease, diabetes, stomach disease, etc.); research to find out the differences in healthy living behaviors between elderly people and young people.

10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
The results of the theoretical study have supplemented and further developed the theories of healthy, healthy behaviors of the elderly: the definition of the concepts, the manifestations, the investigating factors, the role the influence of subjective factors (anxiety, beliefs, positive thinking) on the ability to perform healthy behaviors of the elderly. The results also show that, in addition to the subjective factor, the social support also affects the ability of the elderly to perform good health behaviors. This is a new finding that complements the theoretical research on healthy behavior in the elderly.
The results of practical research contribute to the elucidation of healthy behaviors of the elderly, such as positive behavior, healthy behavior groups, including positive behaviors toward good interpersonal exchanges; Positive behavior towards recreation and health care; Negative behaviors, factors affecting the well-being behavior of the elderly, and the impact of healthy behavior on the health of the elderly. Social support is highly appreciated by the elderly in the conduct of their well-being. By studying the cases of the elderly who have a healthy lifestyle, they provide more qualitative information on this issue, in particular the elderly who have conditions, living conditions and other health conditions. There are different ways of doing healthy behavior. Healthy behavior of the elderly is considered a factor that has strong impact on the health of the elderly.
