Research objectives: Based on clarifying some theoretical issues regarding the commune-level political system; assessing the current state of the commune-level political system in Hanoi's suburban districts; the thesis proposes some solutions for reforming the commune-level political system in Hanoi's suburban districts in the future.
Research subject: The political system at the commune level in the suburban districts of Hanoi.
