- Based on the presentation and analysis of the socio-economic conditions and ideological prerequisites for the formation of Peirce's concept of belief and pragmatic philosophy, the author has pointed out the process of formation, identified, and analyzed the basic contents of Peirce's concept of pragmatic belief. From this, some objective observations and assessments are made regarding the values, limitations, and contradictions that are true to the content of pragmatic philosophy in general and Peirce's concept of pragmatic belief in particular.
11. Practical applications:
The research findings of this dissertation contribute to the systematization and generalization of the theory of "pragmatic belief," a fundamental content in Peirce's pragmatic philosophy. The research results of this dissertation can serve as a reference for the study, learning, and teaching of American philosophy in general and pragmatic philosophy in particular in educational and training institutions in Vietnam today.

Peirce's pragmatic philosophy in particular, and American pragmatic philosophy in general, is an indispensable part of modern Western philosophy. In the coming years, given the trend of international integration and the explosion of information technology, the inevitable exchange of culture and ideas will follow as economic development and exchange occur. Therefore, studying Peirce's pragmatic philosophy in particular, and American pragmatic philosophy in general, is essential. - Focus on in-depth research into the influence of Peirce's pragmatic philosophy, as well as his concept of pragmatic belief, on later representatives of pragmatic philosophy such as W. James, J. Dewey, and modern pragmatic philosophers.

- The thesis“Faith in Peirce's pragmatic philosophy”was researched on the basis of the theoretical foundation of Marxism and Leninism.
- By presenting and analyzing socio-economic conditions and ideological premises for formation of faith conception, as well as conception of Peirce's pragmatic philosophy, the author of the thesis indicates the formation process, determines and analyzes basic contents of the conception of Peirce's pragmatic philosophy, and then provides some judgments and objective assessments about values, limitations and conflicts that are true to actual contents of the pragmatic philosophy in general and of faith conceptions in particular.
12. Practical applicability, if any:
Findings of the thesis contribute to systematizing the theory of “pragmatic faith”, a fundamental content of Peirce's pragmatic philosophy. Also, they can be used as a reference material for researching, learning and teaching American philosophy in general and pragmatic philosophy in particular in education and training institutions in Vietnam at present.
13. Further research directions, if any:
Peirce's pragmatic philosophy in particular and American pragmatic philosophy in general is an integral part of modern Western philosophy nowadays. In coming years, with international integration and the IT explosion, economic exchange and development, cultural and thought exchange, the research on Peirce's pragmatic philosophy and pragmatic philosophy in particular and American pragmatic philosophy in general is necessary. Therefore, the thesis ““Faith in Peirce's pragmatic philosophy”should be studied on various aspects, and further studies demand considerable investment of time and effort, such as:
- Continuing to research deeply fundamental contents and methods of bolstering confidence in the conception of Peirce's “pragmatic faith”.
- Studying and clarifying the relationship between the faith and the truth of the conception of Peirce's “pragmatic faith”.
- Focusing on studying impacts of Peirce's pragmatic philosophy and his conception of pragmatic faith on philosophers of pragmatism in following generations such as W.James and J.Dewey, and modern philosophers of pragmatism.
