11. Summary of the thesis results:
The thesis has clarified general theoretical issues on reading culture and factors affecting students' reading culture; analyzed and clarified the characteristics of students' reading culture in the current period of educational innovation and international integration; analyzed and evaluated the current status of reading culture of students at Hanoi National University in the current context of educational innovation and international integration; surveyed and evaluated the impacts of activities to support and develop reading culture for students at Hanoi National University through information - library activities, teaching activities, and union activities.
The survey results presented in the thesis show thatvReading habits of VNU students have developed under the influence of educational environment factors, training programs, lecturers, information - library activities and activities of mass organizations in VNU. Students have a high need to read specialized documents and know how to use diverse and modern reference sources; have a certain level of document reading skills and are self-aware in dealing with documents. However, students' ability to comprehend specialized documents is not high.;Document search skills are not high and some students still lack awareness of document preservation.
 Based on the above results and scientific evidence, the thesis hasPropose models and solutions to realize the model of developing reading culture of students of Hanoi National University to meet the requirements of educational innovation and international integration.

The thesissystematized the common theoretical issues about reading culture and factors affecting student's reading culture; shown some characteristics of students' reading culture; investigate, analyze and clarify the issues inVietnam National University Hanoi students' reading culture; evaluate the impacts of supporting and developing reading culture forVietnam National University Hanoi students' reading culturethrough library, teaching and youth union activities.
It was shown that the VNU Hanoi students' reading culture has been developed based on factors: educational environment, training programs, lectures, library activities and youth union activities. Students have a high need for materials and know how to use diverse, modern but unsustainabilty. Students have reading skills but not at a high level, especially specialized reading skills. Few of students lack of preservation, especially the respect of copyright and citation.
To sum up, thesis has recommended the model and solutions to promoteVietnam National University Hanoi Students' reading culture to meet the requirements of theeducational innovation and international integration.
