11. Summary of the thesis results: Through the survey, the thesis assesses the current situation and needs of ethnic minority disabled youth in Kim Boi, Hoa Binh. In addition, it assesses the factors affecting the training and job search support for ethnic minority disabled youth in Hoa Binh province. These factors come from their health, from the support of family, friends, local authorities, in addition to support from policies and the availability of local occupations. From these current situations and influencing factors, the thesis proposes solutions to overcome them in order to support ethnic minority disabled youth in the process of vocational training and job search.
