11. Summary of the thesis results:
The thesis has clarified general theoretical issues regarding reading culture and factors influencing students' reading culture; analyzed and clarified the characteristics of students' reading culture in the current period of educational reform and international integration; analyzed and evaluated the current state of reading culture among students of Hanoi National University in the context of educational reform and international integration; and surveyed and assessed the impacts of activities supporting and developing reading culture for students of Hanoi National University through information and library activities, teaching activities, and student union activities.
The survey results presented in the thesis show thatvThe reading culture of students at Vietnam National University, Hanoi has developed under the influence of factors such as the educational environment, training programs, lecturers, information and library activities, and the activities of student organizations within the university. Students have a high reading need for specialized materials and know how to use diverse and modern research sources; they possess a certain level of reading skills and have developed a sense of self-awareness in dealing with materials. However, students' skills in understanding specialized subject matter are not yet high.;Students' document searching skills are not yet well-developed, and some students lack awareness of preserving documents.
 Based on the above results and scientific evidence, the thesis hasThis paper proposes a model and solutions for realizing a reading culture development model for students at Hanoi National University, aiming to meet the requirements of educational reform and international integration.

The thesissystematized the common theoretical issues about reading culture and factors affecting student's reading culture; shown some characteristics of students' reading culture; investigate, analyze and clarify the issues inVietnam National University Hanoi students' reading culture; evaluate the impacts of supporting and developing reading culture forVietnam National University Hanoi students' reading culturethrough library, teaching and youth union activities.
It was shown that the VNU Hanoi students' reading culture has been developed based on factors: educational environment, training programs, lectures, library activities and youth union activities. Students have a high need for materials and know how to use diverse, modern but unsustainabilty. Students have reading skills but not at a high level, especially specialized reading skills. Few of students lack of preservation, especially the respect of copyright and citation.
To sum up, thesis has recommended the model and solutions to promoteVietnam National University Hanoi Students' reading culture to meet the requirements of theeducational innovation and international integration.
