The topic has contributed to clarifying the importance of planning, recruiting and training teaching staff, especially in non-public schools.

Through this research, the issues raised have partly clarified the awareness of leaders and managers in the work of planning, recruiting and training the teaching staff, considering this an important task of great significance in the construction and development activities of the school in the period 2009-2015.

The research also points out strengths, weaknesses, causes and solutions after analyzing the reality of the teaching staff and staff in the school. From there, actively promote strengths, limit weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities and minimize challenges in the next stages.

The topic has proposed three main groups of solutions:

Group of solutions in planning the teaching staff

The study plays a very important role in lightening the importance of planning, recuiting and training the lecturers at ThanhDo University, especially private ones.

According to the study, the leadership as well as management have got aware of planning, recruiting and training the tutor staff based on the given issues. It is considered as an important and significant task in construction and development of the University in the 2009-2015 period.

The study has also pointed out the strengths and weaknesses, causes and solutions after analyzing the actual state of the lecturer staff in the University. As a result, the strengths will be promoted, the weaknesses will be limited, the invaluable chances will be made in use, the thorny challenges will be avoided for next periods.
