Chapter 1. Theoretical basis for building and implementing work processes.
In Chapter 1, the author presents the concept, purpose, and significance of work processes. Simultaneously, it identifies the requirements and factors influencing the development and implementation of work processes.
Chapter 2. Current Status of the Construction and Implementation of Work Processes in the Administrative and Organizational Department (Central Region Branch - National Academy of Public Administration)
Based on the theoretical framework presented in Chapter 1, and through the survey process, the author presents the current state of the construction and implementation of work processes in the Organization and Administration Department (Central Region Branch – National Academy of Public Administration). From this, the author evaluates the strengths and weaknesses, and identifies the causes of the limitations in the construction and implementation of work processes at the Organization and Administration Department – Central Region Branch.
Chapter 3. Proposing solutions to improve the construction and implementation of work processes at the Organization and Administration Department (Central Region Branch - National Academy of Public Administration)
Through the presentation in Chapter 2, this chapter proposes several solutions to improve the efficiency of building and implementing work processes for the Administrative and Organizational Department of the Central Branch Institute, aiming to enhance operational quality and labor productivity. The solutions focus on the two main stakeholders in the development and implementation of work processes: the leadership of the Branch Institute and the staff and employees working at the Branch Institute.
11. Practical applications
Firstly, based on the research results in this thesis, the Central Region Branch can use this as a basis to develop and implement work procedures suitable to the actual conditions at the unit after the merger of the Hanoi University of Interior Affairs Branch in Quang Nam province into the National Academy of Public Administration Branch in Hue city.
Secondly: to help the Administrative and Organizational Department of the Branch Institute identify activities that require the development of work processes and measures for developing and implementing work processes at the Branch Institute.
Thirdly: to help the branch institute's leadership provide guidance that is appropriate to the unit's current reality, in order to maintain and develop the branch institute's operations more effectively.
Fourthly: it is an important learning resource for research and teaching.
12. Future research directions
Based on the research findings in this thesis, the author will continue to research issues related to the process of building and implementing work procedures throughout the Academy; and simultaneously research the development of standard procedures related to office operations that can be applied at the Academy in particular and higher education institutions in general.

Chapter 1. Theoretical basis for building and deploying workflows
In chapter 1, the author presents the concept and purpose and meaning of the workflow. At the same time, indicate the requirements as well as the factors affecting the construction and implementation of the workflow.
Chapter 2. The actual situation of building and implementing the work process of the Department of Organization and Administration (Central Regional Branch - National Academy of Public Administration)
On the basis of the theory presented in Chapter 1, through the survey process, the author raised the actual situation of building and implementing the work process of the Organization and Administration Department (the Central Regional Branch - National Academy of Public Administration). From there, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages and point out the causes and limitations of the development and implementation of work processes at the Department of Organization and Administration - at the Branch.
Chapter 3. Proposing some solutions to improve the construction and implementation of work processes at the Organization and Administration Department (the Central Regional Branch - National Academy of Public Administration)
Through the presentation in chapter 2, in this chapter the author proposes a number of solutions to help build and implement the working process of the Organization and Administration department effectively to improve the quality of operations and productivity. The solution groups focus on two main subjects, specifically building and implementing the working process, including the Institute's leaders and officials and employees working at the Institute.
11. Applicability in practice
Firstly: based on the research results in the thesis, the Central Regional Branch can base on building and implementing work processes suitable to the actual conditions at the unit after merging of the Hanoi University of Home Affairs in Quang Nam campus entered the National Academy of Public Administration in Hue branch.
Second: help the Department of Administration and Organization of the Sub-Institute identify activities that need to develop working procedures and measures to develop and implement working procedures at the Institute.
Thirdly: to help the Institute's leaders to have appropriate instructions with reality at the unit in the current period to maintain and develop the Institute to operate more and more effectively.
Fourth: is an important document for research and teaching.
12. Further research directions
Based on the research results in this thesis, in the coming time the author will continue to study issues related to the process of building and implementing workflows throughout the Academy; At the same time, research and develop standard procedures related to office operations that can be applied at the Academy in particular and higher education institutions in general.
