Chapter 1. Theoretical basis for building and implementing workflows
In chapter 1, the author presents the concept, purpose and meaning of workflow. At the same time, points out the requirements as well as the factors affecting the construction and implementation of workflow.
Chapter 2. Current status of building and implementing work processes of the Administrative Organization Department (Central Regional Branch - National Academy of Public Administration)
Based on the theory presented in Chapter 1, through the survey process, the author presents the current status of building and implementing the work process of the Organization - Administration Department (Central Regional Branch - National Academy of Public Administration). From there, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages and point out the causes and limitations of building and implementing the work process at the Organization - Administration Department - Central Branch.
Chapter 3. Proposing some solutions to improve the construction and implementation of work processes at the Organization - Administration Department (Central Regional Branch - National Academy of Public Administration)
Through the presentation in chapter 2, in this chapter, the author proposes a number of solutions to effectively build and implement the work process of the Administrative Organization Department - Central Branch to improve the quality of operations and labor productivity. The solution groups focus on 2 main subjects of building and implementing the work process including the leaders of the Branch and the officers and employees working at the Branch.
11. Practical application
Firstly, based on the research results in the thesis, the Central Regional Branch can base on building and implementing work processes suitable to the actual conditions at the unit after merging the Hanoi University of Home Affairs Branch in Quang Nam province into the National Academy of Public Administration Branch in Hue city.
Second: help the Administrative Organization Department of the Institute identify activities that need to have workflows developed and measures to build and implement workflows at the Institute.
Third: help the Branch leaders have appropriate instructions according to the current reality of the unit to maintain and develop the Branch to operate more and more effectively.
Fourth: is an important learning material for research and teaching.
12. Further research directions
Based on the research results in this thesis, in the coming time, the author will continue to research issues related to the process of building and implementing work processes throughout the Academy; at the same time, research and develop standard processes related to office activities that can be applied at the Academy in particular and higher education institutions in general.

On the basis of the theory presented in Chapter 1, through the survey process, the author raised the actual situation of building and implementing the work process of the Organization and Administration Department (the Central Regional Branch - National Academy of Public Administration). From there, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages and point out the causes and limitations of the development and implementation of work processes at the Department of Organization and Administration - at the Branch.

11. Applicability in practice
Firstly: based on the research results in the thesis, the Central Regional Branch can base on building and implementing work processes suitable to the actual conditions at the unit after merging of the Hanoi University of Home Affairs in Quang Nam campus entered the National Academy of Public Administration in Hue branch.
Second: help the Department of Administration and Organization of the Sub-Institute identify activities that need to develop working procedures and measures to develop and implement working procedures at the Institute.
Thirdly: to help the Institute's leaders to have appropriate instructions with reality at the unit in the current period to maintain and develop the Institute to operate more and more effectively.
Fourth: is an important document for research and teaching.
12. Further research directions
Based on the research results in this thesis, in the coming time the author will continue to study issues related to the process of building and implementing workflows throughout the Academy; At the same time, research and develop standard procedures related to office operations that can be applied at the Academy in particular and higher education institutions in general.
