SecondThis work describes and reconstructs relatively fully and objectively the Party's leadership in protecting political security and maintaining public order in the North from 1965 to 1972, contributing to enriching knowledge and understanding of the history of this work as well as the history of the resistance war against the US and for national salvation..
Third isThe thesis assessed four advantages and three limitations, and explained the causes of these advantages and limitations in a manner consistent with the realities of North Vietnam. From this, the thesis also distilled five valuable historical lessons for reference.inThe process by which the Party led the protection of political security and public order in North Vietnam from 1965 to 1972.
