The international scientific conference "Digital Divide and AI Capabilities" was organized to create an interdisciplinary academic forum for researchers, lecturers, experts, and policymakers from Vietnam and abroad to exchange theoretical issues, practices, experiences, and solutions related to bridging the digital divide and developing AI capabilities in the context of global digital transformation.
