Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung (KAS)

The Konrad-Adenauer-Statue (KAS) is a German political organization, based on the principles of liberty, justice and solidarity, to promote democracy, the rule of law and the social market economy. The Institute carries on the ideological legacy of Chancellor Konrad Adenauer, focusing on the development of a fair, sustainable and human dignity-respecting international order. In Vietnam since 1993, KAS supports political, social and economic reforms through cooperation with state agencies, civil society organisations and research institutes. KAS programmes aim at strengthening democratic institutions, human rights and sustainable development.
