Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung (KAS)

The Konrad-Adenauer Institute (KAS) is a German political organization operating on the principles of freedom, justice, and solidarity, aiming to promote democracy, the rule of law, and a social market economy. The Institute carries the intellectual legacy of Prime Minister Konrad Adenauer, focusing on developing a just, sustainable international order that respects human dignity. In Vietnam since 1993, KAS has supported political, social, and economic reforms through cooperation with state agencies, civil society organizations, and research institutes. KAS programs aim to strengthen democratic institutions, human rights, and sustainable development.
