Aix Marseille University

Aix-Marseille University is a public research university located in the Provence region of southern France. The university was founded in 1409 by Louis II and named the University of Provence. In 2012, Aix-Mareille was officially established with the merger of the universities: University of Provence, University of the Mediterranean and Paul Cézanne University.
