During the working trip, the Delegation visited and exchanged cooperation with universities: Guangxi Normal University, Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology, Guilin Academy, Guangxi University for Nationalities,... These are close partners of the School, over the years there have been many effective cooperations in training and scientific research.
Based on the signed MOUs, the leaders of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology, Guilin Academy, and Guangxi University for Nationalities agreed to strengthen cooperation in training and internship locations for students; coordinate to improve the quality of Vietnamese language training; cooperate in training fields that both sides are interested in, especially the possibility of combining science and technology and foreign language teaching, exchanging capabilities to jointly build a language database on science and technology in Vietnamese to serve AI translation; strengthen scientific research activities and exchange scholars.
At the meeting with the delegation of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the leaders of Guangxi Normal University said: in 2026, Guangxi Normal University plans to open a Vietnamese language major, so the University hopes that the two sides will promote training cooperation according to the 3+1 model. The Vietnam Research Institute of Guangxi Normal University also proposed exchanging students and publishing research works in two scientific journals of the two schools. It is expected that two graduate students will be sent to exchange at the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language for one semester in September 2025. The two sides also agreed to sign a cooperation memorandum (MOU) here to serve as a basis for promoting specific cooperation in the coming time.
