Accompanying them were Dr. Le Thi Thanh Tam, Head of the Department of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language, Associate Professor Nguyen Van Chinh, and Dr. Vu Minh Hai, lecturers in the Department of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language.
On behalf of Haowen Inter-level School, the delegation was received by Professor Zhao Ming, Party Secretary and Principal of Haowen Inter-level School; Mr. Xiao Yuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hongwen Education Group; Mr. Zhou Nenggan, Executive Director of Hongwen Education Group; Shen Zhenping, Deputy Party Secretary of the School; Wu Qiuyue, Principal of Shijia Branch Primary and Secondary School; and other faculty members of the school.
Prior to the signing ceremony, the delegation from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities visited the campus and listened to a presentation about the history, development, educational philosophy, and achievements of Haowen Inter-level High School.
HaoWen Inter-level School is a private school established in 2018, offering education from primary school, junior high school, high school, and pre-university programs. The school currently has approximately 2000 students, with around 500 graduating from high school each year. About half of these (approximately 250 students) plan to pursue higher education abroad.
At the meeting, Principal Zhao Ming, on behalf of the school, delivered a welcoming speech, providing a detailed introduction to the history, development, and future plans of Haowen University. "As a school with an international vision, we always adhere to the concept of open education and actively seek opportunities for cooperation with high-quality international educational institutions. We are honored to cooperate with a leading and renowned university in Vietnam," Principal Zhao Ming emphasized.
Vice Rector Dang Thi Thu Huong gave a brief overview of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. She stated: "As a leading higher education institution in Vietnam, we are always committed to promoting international educational exchange and cooperation. During our visit to Haowen University, we heard about the outstanding achievements of China's basic education system and felt the importance and sincerity of the university in international exchange."

Dr. Le Thi Thanh Thanh emphasized: "I hope that through cooperation between the two universities, we can promote exchange and mutual learning between the languages and cultures of Vietnam and China."
At the conclusion of the exchange, President Zhao Ming and Vice President Dang Thi Thu Huong signed a framework agreement on educational cooperation on behalf of the two universities. The agreement covers several areas of cooperation, including undergraduate and master's degree admissions, teacher and research expert exchanges, short-term high school student exchanges, educational and training cooperation (including online courses), short-term training cooperation, symposia and other academic conferences, data and learning information exchange, etc., providing an institutional guarantee for deeper cooperation in the future.

The exchange and visit activities concluded successfully in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Through in-depth discussions, the two universities enhanced mutual understanding and reached several agreements on cooperation. This not only opens a new channel for the internationalization of the universities but also contributes positively to promoting educational and cultural exchanges between Vietnam and China. Representatives from both universities pledged to hold regular working meetings to promote the implementation of various cooperation issues, jointly train outstanding talents with an international vision, and continue to write a new chapter in Vietnam-China educational cooperation.
