3.1. Being a full-time staff member of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and having held or currently holding the position of head of a department/science and technology organization or higher.

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Lam - Group leader, currently a senior lecturer at the Department of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Lam received the Cup from the Director of Hanoi National University, was one of 10 lecturers to receive the Hanoi National University Teacher of the Year Award (2022); Second prize, national-level award in music; 3 Certificates of Merit from the Director of Hanoi National University; 2 Emulation Soldiers at the Hanoi National University and Ministry of Education and Training levels; 4 consecutive years as Emulation Soldier at the institutional level (2020-2021; 2021-2022; 2022-2023; 2023-2024);

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Lam has published 15 research papers in international journals and proceedings indexed in ISI/Scopus; 3 papers are Q1.

- Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Dinh Lam is currently a member of the Vietnam Musicians Association.
