3. Scientific and technological achievements of the Team Leader

3.1. Being a full-time staff member of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and having held or currently holding the position of head of a department/science and technology organization or higher.

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Manh Dung - Team leader, currently a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Management Science, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

- Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Manh Dung has been and is currently participating in advisory councils of science and technology organizations; he was formerly Head of the Science and Technology Department, Deputy Director of the Institute of Policy and Management, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi; and a member of a strong research group of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

- Head of the Department of Science, Technology and Innovation Management; Head of the Faculty of Management Science, University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi;

3.2. Hold a doctoral degree or higher:Obtain.

3.3. Has previously led a national-level science and technology project, or led an international collaborative science and technology project, or is a member of an international science and technology organization.
