Attending the program, on behalf of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company were representatives and staff from the human resources, training, and recruitment departments of the Vinpearl and VinWonders systems. On behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities were representatives from the Board of Directors, the Department of Training and Student Affairs, the Faculty of Tourism Studies, and other related units.

This event marks a significant step in strengthening the connection between higher education institutions and businesses, aiming to improve the quality of training, develop high-quality human resources, promote applied scientific research, and build sustainable cooperative relationships between the two sides.

Accordingly, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Vinpearl Joint Stock Company have agreed to cooperate in several key areas, aligning with the needs of human resource development in a labor market increasingly demanding professionalism, practical skills, and adaptability. The two parties will collaborate on research, provide feedback, and update training programs for majors and specializations related to the areas of cooperation; simultaneously integrating specialized modules, practical case studies, and real-world projects from the enterprise into the university's training programs.

One of the key aspects of the cooperation is strengthening practical training activities. Vinpearl Joint Stock Company will send experts and experienced staff to share practical knowledge, organize thematic talks, and professional workshops for students and trainees of the School. At the same time, Vinpearl will accept students and trainees for internships, practical training, and graduation projects in suitable departments and divisions; assign staff to guide and support students during their internships and evaluate results fairly and objectively.

In the area of ​​student recruitment and employment, both sides agreed to coordinate the implementation of recruitment programs, career guidance workshops, and appropriate communication activities. In particular, for the academic year from 2026 to 2030, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities plans to recruit up to 90 students majoring in Hotel Management under the cooperation program between the two sides. This is a practical direction, contributing to the training of a workforce with foundational knowledge, professional skills, and the ability to meet the practical requirements of the service, tourism, and hotel sectors.

In addition, the two sides will also cooperate in recruitment activities, job placement, organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and programs connecting students with businesses. Vinpearl Joint Stock Company prioritizes the recruitment of students and graduates from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, especially those who have participated in internships or cooperation programs at the company and achieved good results.

The memorandum of understanding also opens up opportunities for cooperation in the fields of science and technology, applied research, professional consulting, innovation, and knowledge transfer. The two sides will collaborate in proposing, developing, and implementing research tasks and projects that align with the practical needs of businesses and the expertise of the university; thereby connecting academic knowledge with the development requirements of the service, tourism, and hospitality industries.
