"When the teacher's hair turns white, our hair will still be black... When the teacher's hair turns white, ours will be dry.""I've grown up..." This song is clear evidence that here, this ancient school has produced countless successful graduates; so many generations have been nurtured at this humanities school – a lovely, memorable name that each of us students should engrave in our hearts.
For me, it's a very impressive school with a long and rich history, and that's why I chose it to study and pursue my dreams.
I still vividly remember the feeling of bewilderment, strangeness, and a little bit of being lost when I first set foot in the school. It's a prestigious and the largest school in the country specializing in social sciences, and every time I mention it to my friends, I can't help but feel proud and happy.
Humanity – that's reflected in the enthusiasm of the teachers whenever they stand on the podium, and in the dynamism and resourcefulness of the youth volunteers in their green uniforms. Only by studying at this school have I truly understood that "humanistic" quality. After so many years of studying far from home, for the first time in my life, I witnessed the Vice Principal – a man with a hundred and one responsibilities – personally coming to the student dormitory to give gifts and wish us a Happy New Year. This gesture made us students, far from home, feel comforted and warm-hearted as we experienced life away from our families for the first time.
No matter where you are, in any big city, there's always hustle and bustle. But when I stepped into the school, I felt that the fatigue and worries of the outside world seemed to be swept away by the friendly and warm atmosphere here. Recalling my days as a freshman, I was quite bewildered, but after attending the political science class at the beginning of the year and learning about the school's history and traditions, I felt proud to be a student of this humanities university.
In addition to classroom knowledge, our professors also teach us how to navigate student life, how to communicate, and how to behave in unexpected situations. They not only teach us knowledge but also how to be good people, how to be useful members of society. They are noble guides, using their hearts and talents to lead and support us to the highest levels of human knowledge. I enjoy listening, reading, and learning new things from books, friends, and professors. I love the tension and the lively atmosphere during class presentations. And I cherish the field trips, which were quite unfamiliar but yielded results far exceeding the grades, as they marked a significant step forward in our professional lives.
The poet To Huu wrote: "If you are a bird or a leaf, then the bird must sing, the leaf must be green – how can one borrow without repaying – life is about giving, not just receiving for oneself." That's so true! Nhan Van has given me wings, equipped me to become the person I am. I love Nhan Van – the place where my dreams for the future originated. Perhaps no other school has left such an impression on me as Nhan Van, with its gentle, enthusiastic, and lovable people!
With its rich history and traditions, and the dedication and profound knowledge of its educators, I, along with other students currently studying at this university, believe that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will always be a cradle for training individuals who are both morally upright and professionally competent for the country, continuing to affirm its position on the national education map and constantly striving for new heights.
Humanities – my pride! I love Humanities.
