After receiving the information about the adjusted admission score, many candidates and their parents were extremely happy and came to enroll this morning, August 24, 2015. The enrollment process was short and quick. The students' files were processed by school staff right on the spot. In less than 10 minutes, the students received their Student Acceptance Certificate and officially became students of the school.

Receiving this notice, many students could not hide their joy. To Thi Linh from Vinh Bao district, Hai Phong said: "I took the National High School Exam and scored 88.5 points, registered my first choice for the Tourism Studies major at the school but was not accepted. After the school adjusted the score threshold, I had enough points to enter the major and had hope of becoming a student at the school". Linh happily added: "At first, I was very sad when I did not pass. Although I had enough points to enter the University of Commerce, I still regretted not being able to study the major I wanted. Yesterday, my friend called to tell me that my name was on the list of additional admissions. I was very happy. So today I came to enroll right away."

Similarly, Chu Thi Thuong, from Nghe An, also lacked 2 points to enter the Tourism major. However, after the school adjusted the score threshold, her name was on the admission list. Although she has not been admitted due to lack of notarized documents, she is still very happy because she is about to become a student of the school. "I also want to study for a second degree at the University of Foreign Languages ​​or the University of Education," Thuong said excitedly.

In addition, there are some candidates who have enough points to be admitted to the major after the adjustment but their names are not on the list. “After the school adjusted the score threshold, I found that I had enough points to be admitted to the History department. I was very happy because I liked this school since middle school. However, when I saw that my name was not on the list, I was a bit worried. This morning, my mother and I went to ask the teachers here. The teachers said that they had updated it and that my name would be on the list at 6:00 p.m. this afternoon. I can come to school as usual tomorrow morning.” – Nguyen Ngoc Han (Hung Yen) shared with a smile.

The list of candidates who passed the additional admission will be updated by the school at 6:00 p.m. this afternoon. Candidates who have enough points but whose names are not on the list announced on August 23 will be added to this list. After their names are announced, candidates can register for admission at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. When going, candidates should bring the necessary documents that have been announced by the school on the website. The school will continue to accept applications until September 4, 2015.

It is expected that by August 25, 2015 at the latest, the School will officially announce the second round of admission if there are still enrollment quotas for the majors.
