Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 4208/ĐHQGHN-CTHSSV dated September 12, 2024 of the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on the announcement of the Annex scholarship program for semester 1, academic year 2024-2025. The school respectfully requests the Board of Directors of the affiliated Faculty/Institute/Department to widely notify students who register for this scholarship.

The program aims to provide timely support to students from especially difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties to be admitted to colleges and universities in 2024-2025 with high achievements, and are at risk of dropping out of school if not "supported".
