University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

The scholarship awarding ceremony, organized by Tien Phong newspaper, took place in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on January 8, 2025.

In accordance with Official Letter No. 4208/ĐHQGHN-CTHSSV dated September 12, 2024, from the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, regarding the announcement of the Annex scholarship program for the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, the University respectfully requests the leadership of Faculties/Institutes/Departments to widely inform students about the eligibility for this scholarship.

The program aims to provide timely support to students from particularly disadvantaged backgrounds who have overcome difficulties to gain admission to colleges and universities in 2024-2025 with high academic achievements, but are at risk of dropping out if they do not receive support.

Le Thao Nguyen, a former student of the K63 cohort in Southeast Asian Studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has successfully applied for scholarships to study in five European countries.

This was a positive gesture from the Korean partners during a meeting with the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) this afternoon, April 15, 2024.

On October 13, 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thanh Truong (Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, VNU-USSH) chaired a reception and exchange with representatives from 11 universities within the framework of the 2023 Taiwan Higher Education Exhibition.

As part of the official launch ceremony of the Bulgarian-Vietnamese Dictionary (2nd edition), lecturers and students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, had a meeting and exchange with the authors, experts, and representatives of the Bulgarian Embassy in Vietnam.
