On April 10, 2014, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Quanh Minh (Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) welcomed and worked with a delegation of the Swedish Council for Higher Education led by Ms. Anna Lindeberg - Council Program Officer. Also attending the delegation were officers and lecturers of the Faculty of Political Science, representatives of the Department of Scientific Research Management and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Training Cooperation.

On April 8, 2014, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Quang Minh (Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) received and worked with Mr. Raymond Chow (Counselor and Deputy Ambassador) and Ms. Thang Thuc Ky (First Secretary) of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Hanoi. On March 27, 2014, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim - Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities received and worked with Professor Lenore Gallin - Department of Anthropology, Diablo Valley Community College (USA).
