Lao Dong Newspaper was established in 1929, functioning as the mouthpiece of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; the voice of the working class and laborers in Vietnam, and an information bridge between trade unions and workers.
The Electronic Lao Dong Newspaper was launched to readers in 1999. The Electronic Lao Dong Newspaper is using technology with modern, intuitive, interactive journalism standards to best serve the needs of readers. II. CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS FOR ADMISSION
1. Admission requirements
Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam.
There is an application form.
Have clear background.
Have a diploma, training certificate, practice certificate or have skills suitable for the job position.
Physically fit to perform duties.
Meet other standards as required by each job position.
Not falling into one of the following cases: Losing or having limited civil act capacity; being prosecuted for criminal liability; serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court; being subject to administrative measures of being sent to a medical facility, educational facility, or reformatory school.
2. Standards
2.1. General standards
Grasp the Party's guidelines, policies and the State's laws related to the assigned field; have strong political will.
Have professional qualifications and experience appropriate to the position applied for.
Have IT proficiency that meets the basic IT skills standards as prescribed in Circular No. 03/2014/TT-BTTT dated March 11, 2014 of the Ministry of Information and Communications: Basic IT application certificate or IT certificate converted to equivalent level as prescribed.
Have foreign language proficiency as prescribed in Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGDDT dated January 24, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training: Certificate, Foreign language certificate level 2 or higher(applicable to positions requiring university degree or higher;Level 1 (A1) or higher (applicable to positions requiring college graduation) according to the 6-level NLNN Framework for Vietnam or foreign language certificates converted to equivalent levels according to regulations. Priority is given to those who are proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Priority given to experienced candidates.

2.2. Specific standards
a. For Reporters and Editors
- Have a university degree or higher suitable for the position applied for.
- Have good writing skills, format building skills and directly produce live TV shows, entertainment game shows, music videos, technology equipment review clips, viral videos...
- Proficient in office software and modeling software.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in producing online video content.
b. Production organization
- College degree or higher in Film and Television Directing.
- Knowledge of sound, lighting and stage design.
- Deep understanding of television equipment and film editing software.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in directing and filming.
c. Filming
- College degree or higher in Cinematography.
- Have good knowledge of television production, television cinema.
- Experience using specialized filming equipment.
- Able to work under high pressure & willing to work overtime or weekends when required.
- Ability to edit films is an advantage.
d. Graphic Engineering
- University degree or higher in design, graphics.
- Ability to create and develop design ideas.
- Read and understand specialized English documents.
- Ability to research independently and work in groups.
- Proficient in graphic production software such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, 3dsmax/cinema 4D/maya, Adobe After Effect, Smoke...
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of graphic design for media and television.
