Returning certificates for the TOCFL Chinese Proficiency Test, June 2019 session.

Currently, the Center for Information Technology Training and Application, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has received the certificates for the exam held on June 23, 2019. Therefore, the Center respectfully informs all candidates who participated in the Chinese Language Proficiency Test on June 23, 2019, at the Center to come to the Center's office to receive their certificates:

Certificate issuance time:27/8/2019 – 10/9/2019 (mornings from 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM, afternoons from 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday);

-Certificate collection location:Office of the Center for Information Technology Training and Application, Room 202, Building BC – Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi (336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi).

When collecting your certificate, please bring your ID card/passport for verification by the Center.

If candidates are unable to pick up their documents in person at the Center's office, they can ask a family member to do so on their behalf. In this case, the family member must bring the candidate's ID card/citizen identification card/passport for verification at the Center. Additionally, the person picking up the documents must declare the candidate's exam level and present their own ID card (or other photo identification) when coming to the Center's office to collect the documents.

Organizations wishing to recruit 5 or more candidates are requested to send their notification and candidate list to the Center's mailbox at least one working day in advance so that the Center can prepare. When collecting the certificates, the person collecting them must provide photocopies of the candidates' ID cards/passports for verification at the Center and a letter of introduction from their organization.

After the aforementioned certificate issuance deadline, the Center will not be responsible for any issues such as loss, misplacement, or damage to the certificates. Therefore, we kindly request that candidates come to collect their certificates within the time frame indicated above.

For candidates whose information on their Certificate, such as date of birth or full name, is incorrect, they can request a replacement certificate (a fee applies).
