Return TOCFL Chinese Proficiency Test certificate for June 2019 exam session

Currently, the Center for Training and Application of Information Technology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU has received the certificate of the exam on June 23, 2019. Therefore, the Center respectfully informs the candidates who participated in the Chinese proficiency test on June 23, 2019 at the Center to come to the Center's office to receive the certificate:

Certificate issuance time:2August 7, 2019 – September 10, 2019 (morning from 8:30 am to 11:00 am, afternoon from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday);

–Certificate Pickup Location:Office of Information Technology Training and Application Center, Room 202, BC Building - University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU (336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi).

When receiving the Certificate, candidates please bring their ID card/passport for the Center to verify.

If the candidate cannot come directly to the Center's office to pick up the exam, they can ask a relative to pick up the exam on their behalf. In this case, the relative must bring the candidate's ID card/CCCD/Passport to verify the information at the Center. In addition, the person who picks up the exam on behalf of the candidate must declare the exam level information and present his/her ID card (or other photo identification) when coming to the Center's office to pick up the exam on behalf of the candidate.

Units that want to take 5 or more candidates, please send your notice and list of candidates to the Center's mailbox 1 working day in advance so that the Center can prepare in advance. When coming to pick up the certificate, the person taking the certificate must provide photocopies of the candidates' ID card/CCCD/Passport to compare the information at the Center and the unit's letter of introduction.

After the above deadline for issuing the Certificate, the Center will not be responsible for any problems such as loss, misplacement or damage of the Certificate. Therefore, we hope that candidates will come to pick it up according to the time stated above.

For candidates whose information on the Certificate such as date of birth or full name is incorrect, they can request a reissue of the Certificate (fee applies). Candidates are invited to send this request to the Center's mailbox:caitt@ussh.edu.vnto the Center for specific instructions on how to resolve the issue.
