Update newly issued legal regulations.

On December 30, 2015, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Finance jointly signed and issued Circular No. 27/2015/TTLT-BKHCN-BTC regulating the lump-sum allocation of funds for the implementation of science and technology tasks using state budget funds. The Information and Communication Technology Department would like to send the above document to the Board of Directors and leaders of the units for their information and dissemination to the staff and employees of their respective units.

This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2016 and replaces Joint Circular No. 93/2006/TTLT-BTC-BKHCN dated October 4, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Science and Technology guiding the lump-sum funding regime for science and technology projects using state budget funds.
