I. Purpose and Significance
- To celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20th; to create a joyful and healthy atmosphere; to foster unity among union members from different units. To cultivate a beautiful, elegant, and professional image of the faculty and staff in the School.
- Through this competition, the Organizing Committee is launching a movement to promote stylish office fashion for faculty and staff of the University, thereby contributing to building a positive image of the staff of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the community and society.
II. Content
The "Colors of Humanity" fashion contest includes the following categories: Presentation of office wear and self-selected attire (rules attached).
III.Implementation plan
- From November 5th to November 6th, 2018, participating units must submit lists of candidates: Candidates must fill in all information according to the form and are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted to the Organizing Committee. In cases where the information is incomplete or incorrect, the Organizing Committee will not include the candidate in the list of participants.
- From November 12th to 13th, 2018, contestants will participate in activities organized by the Organizing Committee (including instructions on how to perform each segment with background music on stage, the position and order of performances, etc.). Contestants must ensure they attend all rehearsals as stipulated by the Organizing Committee.
- From 00:00 on November 10th to 20:00 on November 14th, participating units must upload their clips to the official Facebook group of the competition:"The Humanities Fashion Show"and submit the clip to the Organizing Committee via email:vpcdusth@gmail.com.
- Units should submit photos of their competition costumes and a brief description of the costumes to the Organizing Committee via email at the School's Trade Union Office.vpcdusth@gmail.combeforeNovember 14, 2018.
