"Humanity Colors" Contest

I. Purpose and meaning

- Towards celebrating Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20; creating a joyful and healthy atmosphere; solidarity between union members of units. Creating beauty, elegance and professionalism of staff and lecturers in the School

- Through the Contest, the Organizing Committee launched a movement to build beautiful office fashion for the school's staff and lecturers, thereby contributing to creating a beautiful image of the staff of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the community and society.

II. Content

The fashion contest "Humanity Colors" includes the following contents: Performance of office wear and optional wear (rules attached)

III.Implementation plan

- From November 5 to November 6, 2018, the units will send the list of candidates: Candidates participating in the contest must fill in all information according to the form and be responsible for the accuracy of the information sent to the Organizing Committee. In case of incomplete or incorrect information, the Organizing Committee will not include the candidates in the list of candidates.

- From November 12, 2018 to November 13, 2018, contestants will participate in activities organized by the Organizing Committee (including how to perform the contestants' performances with background music on stage, positions, performance order of contestants...). Contestants must ensure to participate in all practice sessions prescribed by the Organizing Committee.

- From 00:00 on November 10 to 20:00 on November 14, units post clips on the contest's official Facebook group:"Humanity Color Fashion Contest"and submit the clip to the Organizing Committee via email:vpcdussh@gmail.com.

- Units submit photos of competition costumes and a summary of costume descriptions to the Organizing Committee at the School Union Office via email addressvpcdussh@gmail.combeforeNovember 14, 2018.

• November 16, 2018: Scoring of clips of units.
• Rehearsal: 1:00 p.m., November 16, 2018 (Friday).
• The official contest will be held at 9:00 a.m. on November 20, 2018 (Tuesday) at the 8th floor Hall of Building E.
