Conference of key personnel from the administrative block

On August 10, 2011, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a conference for key officials of the Rectorate. Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh and Associate Professor Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu chaired the conference.
On August 10, 2011, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a conference for key officials of the Rectorate. Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh and Associate Professor Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu chaired the conference.Attending the conference were the Board of Directors; the Chairman of the Trade Union, the Secretary of the Youth Union, the President of the Student Association, the President of the Veterans Association of the university; and leaders of various departments... The conference focused on discussing and contributing opinions to two draft documents: the Report summarizing the 2010-2011 academic year and the plan for the 2011-2012 academic year; and the Work Plan for the 2011-2012 academic year. On behalf of the Board of Directors, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Kim Son - Vice Rector - presented the draft Report summarizing the 2010-2011 academic year and the plan for the 2011-2012 academic year. The report highlighted several outstanding achievements during the academic year and the results of implementing the plan in each specific activity: political and student affairs, university administration, application of information technology; training; scientific research; personnel organization; financial planning; Facilities; external relations and international training cooperation; and quality assurance. Immediately afterwards, representatives from the functional departments continued to contribute ideas to revise and supplement the draft work plan for the 2011-2012 academic year. The conference concluded with a consensus on the content of the summary report for the 2010-2011 academic year and the task plan for the 2011-2012 academic year, as well as the work plan for the 2011-2012 academic year. Based on the feedback received, the Board of Directors will finalize and issue these two documents in the near future.
