On August 23rd, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held an informal meeting with students of the 2+2 joint training program, cohort QH-2009-X, who are preparing to study at Guangxi University (China).
On August 23rd, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held an informal meeting with students of the 2+2 joint training program, cohort QH-2009-X, who are preparing to study at Guangxi University (China).Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son – Vice Rector of the University – along with leaders of functional departments, encouraged the students to quickly adapt to their new learning environment and strive for high results. The 34 students of the QH-2009-X cohort are the first cohort in the University's joint training program with Guangxi University, including 20 students in Tourism Management and 14 students in Public Administration. During their two years of internship at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, one student achieved excellent results, seven achieved good results, and the majority achieved average results. After four semesters of study at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, all students in this cohort completed the HSK certificate, qualifying them to transfer to Guangxi University. The QH-2010-X cohort currently has 42 students studying three majors: Tourism Management, Journalism, and Chinese Language. In September 2011, the school will continue to recruit students for the third cohort of the 2+2 joint training program in the following majors: Public Administration, Tourism Management, Chinese Language, Journalism, Broadcasting, and Advertising.
