In accordance with Official Letter No. 2806/XHNV-ĐT dated August 7, 2023, from the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, regarding the training schedule for the 2023-2024 academic year, and Announcement No. 4439/TB-XHNV dated November 7, 2023, from the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, announcing the conclusions of the 2023 Training Conference, the University organized a meeting between the Training Department and the class representatives of courses from the QH-2020-X cohort to the QH-2023-X cohort with the following content:
1. Subject- Class representatives, youth union branches, and student associations of all classes from the QH-2020-X cohort to the QH-2023-X cohort.
- Staff member of the regular university program department, Training Division.
2. Content+ Disseminate content and implement training activities for the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year, as well as new guidelines in training.
+ Disseminate information on issues related to foreign language training and foreign language proficiency standards.
+ Facilitating discussions and answering questions between the Training Department and students.
3. Location:Auditorium on the 8th floor of building E
4. Time:- From 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM on January 16, 2024 (Tuesday): QH-2020-X and QH-2021-X courses.
- From 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM on January 19, 2024 (Friday): QH-2022-X and QH-2023-X courses.
The school requests that heads of departments inform their students about the conference and ensure their full participation so that the exchange can be as effective as possible.
