Postgraduate admission and commencement plan for the second intake of 2016.

I.Admission plan:

Time: 7:30 AM, November 15, 2016 (Tuesday)

Location: Room 701, Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

Upon enrollment, graduate students and research fellows need to submit the following:

- Admission letter for successful candidates for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

- One copy of the national identity card or citizen's identification card

- Four color photos (3 x 4 cm) for student ID card and personal account (the back of each photo must clearly state: full name, date of birth, and field of study).

- Fill in all the information on the "Customer Information and Account Service Registration Request and Contract" and the "Personal Password Confirmation Form" to open a tuition payment account.(sent along with the summons)

Fees payable upon enrollment:

1.For master's degree programs:

- Fee for student ID card and materials: 100,000 VND/student

- Tuition fee: 10,050,000 VND/student

(For Tourism majors only: 11,850,000 VND/student)

2.For doctoral programs:

- Fee for student ID card and materials: 100,000 VND/student

- Tuition fee: 16,750,000 VND/student

II.Course start and study plan:

After completing the enrollment procedures, postgraduate students and doctoral candidates will attend the Opening Ceremony of the 2016 Master's Program, which will be held on the same day. The class schedule will be announced at the enrollment ceremony.

III.Attention:

- Please arrange your schedule to attend classes on time as scheduled. If you are unable to enroll on time, you must submit a written request. Failure to enroll within one month will result in consequences.,They will not be officially recognized as graduate students or doctoral candidates.
