Pursuant to Decision No. 174/2008/QD-TTg dated December 31, 2008 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on standards and procedures for appointment and dismissal of the titles of professor and associate professor;
Pursuant to Decision No. 20/2012/QD-TTg dated April 24, 2012 of the Prime Minister on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the "Regulations on standards and procedures for appointment and dismissal of the titles of professor and associate professor" issued together with Decision No. 174/2008/QD-TTg dated December 31, 2008 of the Prime Minister;
Pursuant to Circular No. 16/2009/TT-BGDDT dated July 17, 2009 of the Ministry of Education and Training detailing the recognition, cancellation of recognition of meeting standards, appointment, and exemption from the titles of professor and associate professor;
Pursuant to Circular No. 30/2012/TT-BGDDT dated September 11, 2012 of the Minister of Education and Training amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 16/2009/TT-BGDDT dated July 17, 2009 of the Minister of Education and Training detailing the recognition, cancellation of recognition of meeting standards, appointment and dismissal of the titles of professor and associate professor;
Based on the strategic development plan of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi announces the number of professors/associate professors to be appointed in the following majors in 2016:
