Consideration for awarding the title "Outstanding Young Person at the Grassroots Level" in 2016

Based on Official Letter No. 3305/ĐHQGHN-CTHSSV dated October 24, 2016, from the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, regarding the awarding of the title "Outstanding Young Face of Vietnam National University, Hanoi"; In order to summarize the emulation movement in learning, working, scientific research, and moral training of students, graduate students, doctoral candidates, and young staff, the University requests the Heads of units to consider and propose the awarding of this title."Outstanding Young Person at the Grassroots Level" in 2016according to the following specific details:

1. Titlesystemu Gemeraldng mat trecommemorative plaqueeucabase p:Awards are given to students and staff under 35 years of age who are working or studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, possess good political and moral qualities, lead a healthy lifestyle, actively contribute to social work, class activities, Youth Union activities, and Student Association activities, have high prestige and influence within the collective, are respected by the collective, and meet one of the following requirements:

1.1. Young people who have achieved outstanding results in their studies, research, and work:

- Students must have achieved a GPA of 3.60 or higher in the 2015-2016 academic year, have no failing grades (F) in any subject during the year, and have an excellent conduct rating.

- Students who are outstanding class/youth union/student association officers with a GPA of 3.20 to 3.59 in the 2015-2016 academic year, with no failing grades in any subject during the year, and an excellent conduct rating.

- Sinh viên có hoàn cảnh khó khăn nhưng có tinh thần vượt khó vươn lên có điểm trung bình chung học tập năm học 2015 - 2016 từ 3.20 đến 3.59, không có môn học nào điểm F trong năm học và điểm rèn luyện đạt loại xuất sắc.

- Học viên cao học đạt điểm thi các môn học từ 3.60 trở lên và có ít nhất 02 bài báo được đăng trong tạp chí khoa học cấp quốc gia (có chỉ số ISSN) hoặc có ít nhất 01 bài báo được đăng trên tạp chí khoa học quốc tế.

- Nghiên cứu sinh đạt điểm các môn chuyên đề từ 3.70 trở lên và có ít nhất 02 bài báo được đăng trong tạp chí khoa học cấp quốc gia (có chỉ số ISSN) hoặc có ít nhất 01 bài báo được đăng trên tạp chí khoa học quốc tế.

- Cán bộ trẻ đạt danh hiệu Chiến sĩ thi đua cấp cơ sở trở lên.

1.2. Gương mặt trẻ là sinh viên đạt giải cá nhân chính thức trong các kỳ thi Olympic khu vực, quốc tế năm 2016.

1.3. Gương mặt trẻ là cán bộ hoặc sinh viên đạt giải Nhất hoặc Nhì cấp quốc gia hoặc cấp bộ, ngành trung ương, Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội, tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương về nghiên cứu khoa học, văn hoá nghệ thuật, thể dục thể thao.

2. Thời gian gửi đề nghị xét chọn: The units conduct the selection process and submit the list.theo mẫu) về Phòng Chính trị và Công tác sinh viên trước ngày 11/11/2016 (Thứ sáu).

3. Some lUhintention

- No awards will be given to:

+ Students, graduate students, and doctoral candidates who graduated in the 2015-2016 academic year.

+ Students of the QH-2016-X cohort.

- Graduate students/researchers nominated under category 1.1, and individuals nominated under categories 1.2 and 1.3 must submit all supporting documents along with their nomination summary from their institution.

- The school will not consider applications from units that do not submit the list in the correct format and within the specified deadline. If a unit fails to submit its application for selection to the school within the aforementioned deadline, it will be automatically considered as not participating.

After the results of the "Outstanding Young Person at the grassroots level" award for 2016 are announced, the grassroots-level council will select and nominate candidates for the "Outstanding Young Person at the Hanoi National University level" award and present them with a Certificate of Merit from the Director of Hanoi National University.
