Tuition fee collection plan for the second semester of the 2019-2020 academic year.

Based on Decree No. 86/2015/ND-CP dated October 2, 2015, of the Prime Minister, which stipulates the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions within the national education system and policies on tuition fee exemption and reduction, and support for learning costs from the 2015-2016 academic year to the 2020-2021 academic year;

Based on Circular 23/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated July 18, 2014, of the Minister of Education and Training on high-quality university-level training;

Based on Decision No. 2883/QD-XHNV dated July 23, 2019, of the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities regarding the issuance of tuition fees per credit and tuition fee coefficients for undergraduate programs in the 2019-2020 academic year,

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the tuition fee collection plan for the second semester of the 2019-2020 academic year as follows:

1. Deadline for tuition payment:

From May 25, 2020 to June 12, 2020.

2. Schedule and location for collection

ButFor studentsCourses QH-2015-X, QH-2016-X, QH-2017-X, QH-2018-X, QH-2019-X:Deposit money via your personal BIDV bank account.(Vietnam Investment and Development Bank

ButFor studentsremaining keyand studentsstudy two majors(Studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities):Pay tuition fees directly to the Planning and Finance Department (Room 410, Building E) within the above deadline.

- The school will publish the list of students along with tuition fees, personal account numbers, and student ID numbers on the school's website. Students should check their personal information; if there are any errors, please notify the Planning and Finance Department directly for timely correction.

- Within the specified period, students must deposit the tuition fee as announced by the University, along with the account maintenance fee and other fees (100,000 VND), into their personal account. The University requests that the bank automatically transfer the funds from the student's personal account to the University's tuition fee account within the specified timeframe.

- For studentsCourses QH-2015-X, QH-2016-X, QH-2017-X, QH-2018-X, QH-2019-XFor those without a personal account: Please proactively go to the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank to open an account and provide the account number, and simultaneously pay the tuition fee directly to the Planning-Finance Department (Room 410, Building E) within the above deadline.

* Paying tuition fees is the responsibility of every student. Only students who have completed tuition fee payment will be included in the examination and test list.

Heads of units are requested to inform, urge, and remind students in their units to comply with training regulations and complete tuition payment by the prescribed deadline.
