Based on Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021, of the Prime Minister, which regulates the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions within the national education system and policies on tuition fee exemption and reduction, support for learning costs; and service prices in the field of education and training;
Based on the course registration results for the second semester of the 2021-2022 academic year for full-time students.
The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the tuition fee collection plan for the second semester of the 2021-2022 academic year for full-time students as follows:
1.For students who already have an account, between April 18, 2022 and 3 PM on May 6, 2022, please proactively deposit the tuition fee as announced by the University, along with the account maintenance fee and other fees (100,000 VND), into your personal account. The University requests that the bank automatically transfer the money from your personal account to the University's tuition fee account within the specified timeframe.
2.For students who do not have a personal account, they can deposit money through the school's account between April 18, 2022 and 3 PM on May 6, 2022:
- Account number: 1003646101, Saigon-Hanoi Bank (SHB), Nguyen Trai Transaction Office, Tay Hanoi Branch.
- Beneficiary: University of Social Sciences and Humanities
When submitting the payment request, students should fill in all the information on the money transfer form using the following format: [Student ID][Full Name][][Department][Course] Tuition Payment
Example: 20030001, Nguyen Van A, 18/12/2002, Eastern Studies QH-2020, tuition payment.
After the deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will forward the list of students with outstanding tuition fees to the relevant departments for processing according to the University Training Regulations.
We kindly request that the heads of units inform their full-time students about this matter and ensure its implementation.
