Tuition fee collection plan for the 2014-2015 school year

I. FEE STANDARDS:

1. Tuition fees for full-time undergraduate programs:

Fees are charged based on the number of credits registered with the Training Department.

Tuition fee per credit: 150,000 VND^D/credit

2. Tuition fees for part-time (in-service) university programs.:

- Classes at school: 750,000^D/month (Payment for 5 months/semester). Charged per registered credit: 233,000^D/credit

- Local classes: Fees are charged according to contract.

3. Postgraduate tuition fees:

- Master's degree training: 8,250,000^D/year/student

(For the tourism and hotel industry alone: ​​9,750,000)^D(year/student)

- Doctoral training: 13,750,000^D/year/NCS

- Applicable to: All current and newly enrolled postgraduate students.

4. Postgraduate training in fields and specialties aligned with strategic objectives:

- Master's degree training: 11,400,000^D/year/student

- Doctoral training: 19,000,000^D/year/student

(For foreign students and trainees, tuition fees are subject to separate regulations).

5. Overdue postgraduate tuition fees:Students and postgraduate researchers whose enrollment has expired but who have been granted an extension by a competent authority must pay an extension fee equivalent to 100% of the annual tuition fee for their level and field of study during the extended period.

II. DEADLINE FOR TUITION FEE PAYMENT:

- Semester I (2014-2015): From November 24, 2014 to December 12, 2014.

- Semester II (2014-2015): From April 27, 2015 to May 15, 2015.

III. COLLECTION SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

1. Regular system

All students must pay through their personal bank accounts at VIETTINBANK. (Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade

2. Postgraduate System

- For the QH-2013-X cohort:Deposit money via your personal BIDV bank account. (Vietnam Investment and Development Bank

- For the remaining key:

Collection schedule:

- Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

- Every Tuesday (From 5 PM to 7 PM)

Collection location: Planning and Finance Department (Room 403, Building E)

3. Work-study system

* Paying tuition fees is the responsibility of every undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral student. Only undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students who have completed tuition fee payment will be included in the examination, exam, and defense lists.

Heads of units are requested to inform, urge, and remind students, graduate students, and doctoral candidates in their units to comply with training regulations and complete tuition fee payments for the 2014-2015 academic year by the prescribed deadline.

DEPOSITING MONEY INTO ATM CARD ACCOUNT

To facilitate the Bank's partnership with the School.collect tuition fees via ATM card accountFor students, the cardholder must ensurebalance in ATM card account:

Account balance = tuition fee collected + account maintenance fee (50,000 VND) + service fee

Cardholders and their relatives can go to VIETINBANK's transaction points, branches, and offices nationwide to deposit money into their accounts.
