Announcement of the Issuance of the University Charter

On December 10, 2014, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung signed Decision No. 70/2014/QD-TTg promulgating the Charter of Universities. This is an important document serving the management and operation of higher education institutions. Therefore, the Inspection and Legal Affairs Department requests that heads of units study, disseminate, and thoroughly explain this decision to their staff, civil servants, employees, and students so that they are aware of and implement it.
