Documents required for receiving financial assistance for tuition fees include:
+ Application for financial assistance for tuition fees (Download here)
+ Certificate of poverty or near-poverty status issued by the People's Committee of the commune, ward, or town (notarized copy)
+ Birth certificate (notarized copy)
The deadline for submitting applications is November 25, 2014.
* Note:
- Students who are eligible for government-sponsored scholarships, those selected through selection processes, those enrolled in programs tailored to specific needs, those pursuing articulation programs, those pursuing second degrees, and those studying at universities or colleges after completing a preparatory university program are not eligible for tuition fee support under this decision.
- Certified copies of poverty/near-poverty certificates and birth certificates, not older than 6 months from the date of application.
We request that the Deans of Faculties and Departments disseminate this announcement to each class and guide full-time students on the relevant procedures.
