Documents required for receiving financial assistance for tuition fees include:
+ Application for financial assistance for tuition fees (Download here)
+ Certificate of poverty or near-poverty status issued by the People's Committee of the commune, ward, or town (notarized copy)
+ Birth certificate (notarized copy)
The deadline for submitting applications is November 25, 2014.
* Note:
- Students who are eligible for government-sponsored scholarships, selected through selection processes, trained under specific programs, enrolled in articulation programs, pursuing a second degree, or studying at a university or college after completing a preparatory program are not eligible for tuition fee support under this decision.
- Certified copies of poverty/near-poverty certificates and birth certificates, not older than 6 months from the date of application.
We request that the Deans of Faculties and Departments disseminate this announcement to each class and guide full-time students on the relevant procedures.
