1.Time and place of the event
- Time: 9:00 a.m. December 28, 2023 (Thursday)
- Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E.
- Participants: Party Committee, Board of Directors; Representatives of Leaders of Departments and Centers; Representatives of Leaders and Assistants of Postgraduate Training of units; PhD students and graduates.
2. The school requires graduate students and students to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
- At exactly 8:15 am, graduate students and trainees must be present at the Hall to receive their uniforms and perform the tasks as instructed by the Organizing Committee.
- After the doctoral and master's degree awarding ceremony at the 8th floor hall of Building E:
+ Graduates bring their ID cards to the Training Department (Room 207, Building E) to sign for their diplomas.
+ Graduates bring their ID cards to the Training Department (Room 206, Building E) to sign and receive their diplomas.
In order for the Doctoral and Master's Degree Awarding Ceremony to be successfully organized, we respectfully request that leaders of units notify their graduate students and students to carry out the ceremony according to plan.
