1.Time and location of the event
- Time: 9:00 AM, December 28, 2023 (Thursday)
- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E.
- Attendees: Party Committee, Board of Directors; Representatives of the Heads of Departments and Centers; Representatives of the Heads and Assistants of Postgraduate Training from various units; doctoral students and graduates.
2. The school requires graduate students and trainees to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
- At exactly 8:15 AM, postgraduate students and trainees should be present in the auditorium to receive their ceremonial attire and carry out the tasks as instructed by the Organizing Committee.
- Following the doctoral and master's degree awarding ceremony at the auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E:
Graduate students should bring their Citizen Identity Card to the Training Department (Room 207, Building E) to sign for their diploma.
+ Graduating students should bring their Citizen Identity Card to the Training Department (Room 206, Building E) to sign for their diploma.
To ensure the successful organization of the Doctoral and Master's degree awarding ceremonies, we kindly request that the leaders of each unit inform their doctoral and master's students to adhere strictly to the plan.
