NoteStudents receiving their diplomas must bring their identification documents. In cases where someone is collecting the diploma on behalf of another person, a letter of authorization from the diploma recipient (certified by the People's Committee of the ward or commune) must be provided, along with the identification documents of both the diploma recipient and the person collecting the diploma on their behalf.
