Note: Students who come to receive their diplomas must bring their identification documents. In case of receiving a diploma from someone else, they must have a power of attorney from the person receiving the diploma (certified by the People's Committee of the ward or commune) and must also bring the identification documents of the person receiving the diploma and the person collecting the diploma on their behalf.
