To collect tuition fees and manage students through bank accounts and student cards, the University has signed a contract with BIDV Bank, Thanh Xuan branch, to open individual bank accounts combined with student cards for students and postgraduate candidates of the 2013 cohort. Currently, more than 500 students and postgraduate candidates have completed the information declaration process for the bank to issue accounts and student cards, while some students and postgraduate candidates have not yet completed the procedures to open accounts.
To ensure timely issuance of student ID cards and personal accounts, the Planning and Finance Department respectfully requests that heads of units inform their students and postgraduate researchers to submit the following documents to the Planning and Finance Department:
